Superhero families,
We had another great week in the classroom. It was so awesome to see our honor roll students on the Gator News show for their academic accomplishment. Now, we are fully engaged into the 3rd nine weeks. We had a discussion about the necessity of finishing strong. If we didn't make the honor roll this quarter, we still have 2 nine weeks left. There was also a discussion about studying and utilizing our online resources. I would like to thank Mrs. Santana and Genesis for donating the items that were needed for our edible rocks. As you scroll down, you will see them as well as our Bell Ringers (moving on up in Xtra Math). I will send home the previous quizzes for you to keep and use as a study guide. Also remember, there's Zearn and Khan Academy to help you review. When you go onto Khan Academy, go into Engage NY, module 3 (Khan Academy Module 3 ).
We will begin testing our multiplication tables. We will start at 0-2 on Monday. After passing the 2's, each other factor will be tested one each day. They will not move to the next factor unless the pass the previous one.
Please also review the Math 4 Today. We are week 13 and will be working on weeks 14 and 15 this coming week. They will be assessed on the covered skills.
